What’s your idea of a perfect day?

On a work day, waking up in the morning and have an energizing breakfast.  After lunch, enjoying a cup of high quality pourover coffee before continuing my work.   In the evening, going to the gym to train my body strength and maintain my fitness – it’s my way of relaxing and revitalizing my body after a long day’s work.  And if I have time, I enjoy reading books and watching a movie before bedtime.   For my day off, a longer gym session, more pourover coffee, and then an afternoon stroll around Macau to see the latest exhibitions and attend some industry / leisure events in town.  In the evening, chill out with my friends with dinners, drinks, movies, etc.

If you could go back in time to any event in history, what would it be?

I would like to go back to the 16th century when Macau was still a fishing village, when it became a Portuguese colony, so I could witness the dramatic merging of Chinese and Portuguese cultures.

What’s your favorite book?

I like epic and classical literature which is always long-lasting, like Little Women and Wuthering Heights

And your favorite singer/ band?

Lady Gaga and Madonna – the forever queen and superstar in my heart.

Who is your hero?

My hero is myself – whenever you come across any problems, only I can tackle and overcome all the difficulties and challenges with my strong willpower and perseverance.

What can always cheer you up when you are having a bad day?

My loved one – it’s good to have someone who can share both my happiness and sadness, be my soul mate and stand by me.

What’s your worst habit?

I feel like an owl and always sleep late, even though I know it’s not good for my health.  I am trying my best to adjust my sleeping time.

If you could retire tomorrow what would you do?

I would travel as much as a I could to all those places which I can’t travel to right now (given the pandemic situation).

What’s your favourite season or festival?

Summer is my favourite season of the year, as I love the sun, sea, sand and beach.  Feel energetic with Vitamin D!  I also like the Arts Festival the most as I am an art lover – I enjoy going to art exhibitions, musicals and performing arts that give rise to a lot of cultural characters in the city.

What’s your favourite place in Macau?

Taipa Village!!!
