Whatís your idea of a perfect day?

Waking up naturally, feeling refreshed after a quality night’s sleep. I like to write an achievable to do list with a positive affirmation for the day then I choose some Bach Flower Remedies. Spending the morning with my family then going for a hike, bike ride or yoga class. I absolutely love my job so I would then happily see 3/4 clients over the day or spend it writing an article or recipe. Then probably a swim with my kids, a cuddle with a book with them and dinner around the table. I love finishing off the day with my husband, catching up with each other or watching something together. Writing a gratitude list, using some Bach Flower Remedies again then another night of restful and healing sleep ready to start the new day!

Sum yourself up in three words

Passionate, funny and eternally optimistic

 Who is your hero?

Real people just trying their best. No one is perfect so anyone out there making small changes to heal their bodies, emotions and lives are awesome and keep me going! Also all of the pioneers of natural health (past and present) are very energizing to me, saying the same words and hearing them get louder and louder as people join the party is so empowering

Where would your ideal holiday destination be?

Somewhere with a beach. I absolutely love the Maldives I have been there a few times. Lying in a hammock reading, diving/snorkelling, sleeping on loungers and then eating fresh, ethically caught seafood on a bbq and vegetables with a nice cold drink is absolutely heaven to me

What can always cheer you up when you are having a bad day?

Sunshine!  Walking on sunshine is my theme tune!

 Whatís your worst habit?

Snapping when I am tired. I hate it, especially with my kids. I am a Cancerian and I definitely have to retreat in my shell to recover sometimes

If you could retire tomorrow what would you do?

I would have to keep working as it is my vocation, not my job! I would travel with my family and see the world and everyone who needed my help to get back to health

How do you take care of yourself?

I always have two eggs for breakfast cooked in ghee. I also ensure I get outside every day, whether I am hiking, biking or simply walking around the block, movement in nature is so healing. I also forgive and love myself daily and write down a positive affirmation to keep me in the present moment and moving forward in my life

Do you have a motto?

A life lived in fear is a life half lived. I believe in it 100%. we have to LIVE our lives as the most certain thing in life is that we will die. Once you stop fearing that day you can be free, well and happy

Whatís your favourite place in Macau?

I have a few. I absolutely love Cheoc Van beach as I stayed there every summer as a kid. I love getting on the bus and wandering old Taipa and the back streets of Macau finding the gems amongst the glitz. I especially love The Blissful Carrot and their energy in their food. Macau is a place full of energy, creativity and surprises and every time I go there I see something different. I consider it my home away from home!
