Rui Rasquinho 
 
Rui Rasquinho was born in Lisbon, Portugal.  He attended the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation (ACARTE) Animation Cinema Course between 1987 and 1989, and the University of Fine Arts (Painting), Porto in 1990-1995. Since 1997 he has been working in Macau as a graphic designer and illustrator, and his work has been widely published in the local print media.  He is currently a freelance illustrator and working with digital media – video and photography.

Rodrigo de Matos
 
Rodrigo de Matos has been an editorial cartoonist for the weekly newspaper Expresso (Portugal) since 2006.  He was awarded the Grand Prix in the Press Cartoon Europe 2014 (Belgium).  Living in Macau since 2009, he has collaborated with the English newspaper Macau Daily Times, and now works full-time as a journalist and cartoonist for the Portuguese newspaper Ponto Final.

Cat O’Neil
 
Cat O’Neil is an award-winning British illustrator currently based in London. After studying at Edinburgh College of Art, Cat also taught illustration part time at Edinburgh College of Art, University of Edinburgh, Edinburgh Contemporary Craft and Lingnan University where she was Artist in Residence. Cat regularly visits Hong Kong as documented in her graphic novel Returning Home, funded by Arts Council England.

Nio Ni
 
Nio Ni is a Taiwanese designer and illustrator. He tends to put a sense of humour in his works and hopes to arouse people’s intention to have their own views and opinion. His works have been awarded in many competitions such as the Adobe Design Achievement Awards in 2012 and Samsung Color Your Dream in 2013. He also participated in the publication of Why Macau? as the illustrator.
