A blanc de noirs blend of 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Pinot Noir. Light Naples yellow with pale golden reflex, the fragrant nose offers lime peel, bergamot and green apple, decorated with biscuit. Buttressed by tantalising acidity and invigorating mousse, the lively palate delivers lemon peel, pomelo, ume and apricot.
