Billy Chan

Billy Chan was born in Macau, and in his youth was obsessed with science and problem solving. He went to the US to study electrical engineering, and his career as an engineer in the local power sector has advanced over the past decade as the Macau economy boomed. Besides his professional life, he has also participated as a volunteer for many NGOs, and his love for animals saw him join Anima about 10 years ago. He was recently appointed as the new President of Anima, a fresh challenge which he is looking forward to.
