What’s your idea of a perfect day?
A 15-knot wind, not more than one meter waves, 40 feet of a classic sailboat with a fridge packed with cold beer… and knowing that I don’t need to return in the next six months.

The arrival of Jorge Alvares. According to history, the first Portuguese to land in Macau. I would go back to that time just to kick his *** and tell him: “with so many nice places around with clean crystal water and beautiful beaches, you choose this?!”

Anything from Afonso’s menu.

Buy a nice sailboat and bye bye.
