Tanja studied filmmaking in Lisbon and London and after a childhood spent growing up in different parts of the world, it never crossed her mind to stop moving. A two-week trip to Cambodia to make a documentary in 2006 turned into a four-year stay, and a process of understanding that when nothing makes sense, everything does. Today Tanja hops between Hong Kong and Macau, where she works in publishing, and still finds every excuse under the sun to travel. Animal welfare and making people laugh are also high on the list of priorities.
