MGM Macau is hosting the city’s first co-creative digital exhibition “Learn & Play! teamLab Future Park” at MGM Art Space, until February 28, 2018. Featuring the first-ever festive-themed Sketch Christmas as well as Graffiti Nature – Mountains and Valleys within the Greater China region, locals and tourists alike are invited to stroll through this Future Park with their creativity and innovation, and discover colorful interactive installations in the always-evolving environment.
The exhibition takes full advantage of digital technology to create interactive installations that emphasize audience participation and co-creation in four interactive spaces, including Graffiti Nature – Mountains and Valleys, Sketch Christmas / Sketch Town, Light Ball Orchestra and Sketch Town Papercraft. Visitors can try to see how many iconic Macau buildings of cultural heritage they can find in the digital world of Learn & Play! teamLab Future Park!
Chief Executive Officer of teamLab kids, Mr. Akitae Matsumoto said at the opening, “Macau has become the number one entertainment spot in Asia, which nobody would have guessed decades ago. MGM is one of the symbols which open the way to the future in Macau. We believe that art can open the way to the future and we will keep putting efforts, so that the whole world in the future will refer to Future Park and say ‘this is where the story began.’”
Awarded “Top 10 Art Exhibitions of 2015” by Designboom, teamLab exhibitions have been held in Europe, the United States and different cities in Asia.
The Learn & Play! teamLab Future Park marks the 23rd exhibition at MGM Macau in celebration of the property’s 10th anniversary.
