A Family Gathering
The Family Gathering afternoon will be full of inspiring events for parents and kids. Join the children for a fantastic mini-concert presented by the Kumara Singers and Drummers as well as CCM’s Children’s Choir, all jamming to the sound of exotic tunes from around the world. And get ready to sing along, when the young participants from the musical workshop present iconic acts from hit musicals.
An Art Funfair for All Ages
There will be cool workshops with activities such as face painting, drawing and a colourful bubble corner, as this art funfair lets people play freely and explore their talents in different areas. Let your imagination out for the day, spend it outdoors surrounded by creative crowds and all things art, so you can learn a new talent and collect wonderful memories to keep you smiling long after the day is done.
An Outdoor Playground
Booths, tents and stages will be set up in the Art Plaza, allowing everyone to take a deep breath of fresh air and to relax their minds with ‘art therapy’, escaping life in a busy metropolitan city and diving into the wonderful world of colour and imagination. The drum circle invites families to join together, enjoying a mix of authentic African drumming and rhythms, running around in an open space!
