A Month-Long Celebration of Italy at Bene

Sheraton Grand Macao’s home-style Italian trattoria offers great discounts throughout June

 

In celebration of Festa Della Repubblica – the National Day of Italy, Sheraton Grand Macao Hotel, Cotai Central’s Italian trattoria, Bene offers “Celebrating Italy” specials throughout the month of June. Guests will have the opportunity to enjoy the restaurant’s signature dishes along with a range of Italian artisanal recipes at a special price using either their SPG dining discounts or Club Marriott privileges.

 

Semi-Buffet Lunch

Craving a refreshing and healthy lunch? Don’t miss Bene’s semi-buffet lunch which offers an impressive spread of fresh garden salads, appetizing starters from the antipasto bar, cold cuts and cheeses, and a decadent dessert counter with Kimbo coffee or tea for just MOP138+* per person. Guests with more insatiable appetites can add on a main course from a menu that includes the 200g Australian Rangers Valley pure Black Angus beef ribeye M5+; risotto with asparagus and spicy shrimps ragout as well as Norcina mozzarella with ricotta cheese, home-made sausage, pecorino cheese and black truffle each ranging in price from MOP30 to MOP200.

 

Chef Luca’s Suggestions for Dinner

Executive Sous Chef Luca Pecorari has crafted a 4-course set dinner for guests to savor some of his authentic recipes and specialty dishes. The menu consists of yellow fin tuna carpaccio with green olives, red onion, lemon relish and garlic bread crumble; home-made tagliatelle with porcini and black truffle cream sauce; pan seared Japanese scallops with glazed asparagus, parma ham and truffle caviar as well as the finishing touch – a molten lemon cake with gelato that will be sure to delight even the most discerning of guests. Chef Luca’s Suggestions set dinner is priced at MOP488+* per person.

For die-hard fans of Bene’s signature dishes, Chef Luca has also designed a 3-course set menu that features some of the restaurant’s most popular dishes. Priced at just MOP328+* per person, guests can enjoy the eggplant gratin with buffalo mozzarella, smoked scamorza cheese and crisp basil; spaghetti carbonara Bene-style, tossed in a castelmagno cheese wheel; and a must-try for dessert aficionados – the classic Italian tiramisu.
