Macau CLOSER is a monthly, bi-lingual, living and arts magazine based in Macau, providing in-depth information and solid commentary on all aspects of life and arts, and updated news on trends in a city where lifestyle is quickly developing.
Launched by Plural Media Ltd. in February 2007, Macau CLOSER has successfully managed to establish itself as the best living and arts magazine in the territory, appealing to bilingual (English/Chinese) readers in Macau, Hong Kong, Mainland China and the overseas. 
Macau CLOSER has co-organized and been media partners for a number of high profile events and has launched a new-look website, What's On, to provide daily updates on all that is happening around town, from art exhibitions to theatre, concerts, festivals, restaurant promotions and much more, attracting a large number of viewers every day. Also, we are now on various social media channels including Facebook with almost 12,000+ followers, Instagram, WeChat and Weibo.
We have largely expanded our distribution network these years. The feedback we have received from local and overseas residents, visitors and subscribers around the world has encouraged us to go even further. Each month 35,000 copies of Macau CLOSER are distributed to the leading hotels, retail, dining and entertainment venues across Macau, Hong Kong, China & overseas.

CLOSER has been co-organizing the annual literary event in town, The Script Road - Macau Literary Festival, the first and largest gathering of literati from China and the Portuguese-Speaking Countries ever organized in the world. Each year, Macau Literary Festival welcomes renowned writers, publishers, translators, journalists, musicians, filmmakers and visual artists from various geographies and nationalities to celebrate literature. 
We have successfully arranged and co-hosted numerous local artistic events and projects and dealt with project planning, production and publicity. Consultation services about event venue and publicity strategies for promotional campaigns are available.
CLOSER had been a significant co-organizer of The Sparkling Macau Photo Contest with Wynn Macau for the promotion of young Macau photographers. Wine tastings for renowned vintners Douro Boys and Tejo Wines in City of Dreams – Crown Towers Macau and Mandarin Oriental Macau had also been held by CLOSER with the aim of introducing premium Portuguese table wines. 
It was an honor to co-host the first edition of Macau Fashion Link in 2011 and be the media partner of Macau China International Digital Cinema Festival. We have been coordinating with famed hotels and resorts over various events and projects and provide multimedia production services.
